라이트온 플러스 랩(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 본 방침을 마련합니다. 본 앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 동작하며, 작성한 노트는 기본적으로 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다(클라우드 동기화 없음).
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 처리합니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 계정 식별정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

※ 회사는 광고 식별자, 위치정보, 연락처, 행동 추적용 분석 도구를 일절 수집·사용하지 않습니다.
회사는 전사와 AI 기능 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 데이터 처리를 위탁하며, 처리에 필요한 범위의 데이터만 전송됩니다. 전송 구간은 모두 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)됩니다.

노트 데이터베이스는 기기 보안 저장소(Android Keystore 기반)에 보관된 키로 암호화되어 저장됩니다. 외부 전송은 모두 TLS로 암호화됩니다.

권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있으며, 철회 시 해당 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱 내에서 직접 노트와 음성을 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 모든 데이터가 기기에 저장되므로, 데이터의 통제권은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다. 백업이 필요하면 설정 > "백업 내보내기"로 파일을 직접 보관할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

LightOn Plus Lab ("we") respects your privacy. This app works without any sign-up or login, and the notes you create are stored on your device by default (no cloud sync).
We do not collect identifying account data such as your name, email, or phone number.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or use any third-party behavioral analytics.
To provide transcription and AI features we share the minimum necessary data with the processors below. All transfers are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

The note database is encrypted at rest with a key held in the device's secure storage (Android Keystore-backed). All network transfers use TLS.

You can revoke permissions at any time in system settings; doing so may limit the related feature.
You can view, edit, and delete your notes and audio directly in the app. Because all data lives on your device, you retain full control. Use Settings > "Export backup" to keep your own copy.
This service is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version with its effective date in the app or on this page.
