본 약관은 라이트온 플러스 랩(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 "라이트온 AI 노트"(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 회사·이용자 간 권리·의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
서비스는 음성 녹음의 텍스트 전사, 화자 분리, AI 요약·튜터·플래시카드·퀴즈·번역, 간격 반복 복습, 문서 가져오기 및 내보내기 등 학습 보조 기능을 제공합니다. 일부 기능은 외부 처리(전사·AI)를 위해 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
서비스는 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 노트 등 이용자 데이터는 원칙적으로 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 데이터의 백업·보존 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다(자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침 참조).
전사문과 AI가 생성한 요약·답변·문제 등은 오류나 부정확성을 포함할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 중요한 의사결정 전 결과를 직접 검증해야 하며, 회사는 생성물의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.
서비스는 일부 기능에 대해 유료 구독을 제공할 수 있습니다. 구독은 Google Play를 통해 결제·갱신·해지되며, 요금·결제 주기·환불은 결제 시점에 표시되는 조건과 Google Play 정책을 따릅니다.
회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 이용 중 발생한 데이터 손실, 기기 변경·앱 삭제로 인한 데이터 소실, 외부 처리업체의 장애로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사는 서비스 안정성 향상을 위해 합리적으로 노력합니다.
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 시 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 사전 고지합니다.
본 약관은 필요 시 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일을 명시하여 공지합니다. 본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석됩니다.
These Terms govern your use of the "LightOn AI Note" mobile application ("Service") provided by LightOn Plus Lab ("we"), and the rights and obligations between you and us.
The Service provides speech-to-text transcription, speaker separation, AI summaries/tutor/flashcards/quizzes/translation, spaced-repetition review, and document import/export. Some features require an internet connection for external processing (transcription and AI).
The Service can be used without sign-up, and your data is stored on your device by default. You are responsible for backing up and preserving your data (see the Privacy Policy).
Transcripts and AI-generated summaries, answers, and questions may contain errors or inaccuracies. Verify results before relying on them for important decisions. We do not warrant the accuracy of generated content.
The Service may offer paid subscriptions for certain features. Subscriptions are billed, renewed, and cancelled through Google Play, subject to the terms shown at purchase and Google Play policies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss during use, loss from device change or app deletion, or damages caused by outages of external processors. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service reliable.
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice in the app or on this page for material changes.
These Terms may be amended with a stated effective date. These Terms are construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
